Segments of time and the importance of time management

I am truthful enough to admit that I am not a web designer per se. I have used a Wordpress template for the site above. I have not figured out how to get rid of some of the elements of the template. Therefore, please ignore the pieces where you see Ava Reed as the life coach of the site. I am the master life coach of this website.

When you are on my site, you can view my web pages with the exception of the About page. Likewise, ignore the other parts of the site, except for the reflections section. This is the blog part of the site. You can also view the meet the founder of the site page too.
